- These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the TYB Eduzone platform, including its mobile applications: TYB Guru (for teachers) and TYB Disciple (for parents), operated by TYB Eduzone (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
- By downloading, registering, or using any part of the TYB Eduzone services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not access or use the applications.
1. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old to use the platform.
- Teachers must provide accurate qualification and experience details.
- Parents must use the platform only for lawful purposes related to finding and hiring tutors.
2. Account Registration
- Users must provide accurate, complete, and updated information.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You agree not to share your login information or allow unauthorized access.
3. Services Offered
- TYB Guru: Allows educators to create profiles, set preferences, and connect with potential students.
- TYB Disciple: Enables parents to browse teacher profiles and book personalized home tuition sessions.
- We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features at any time.
4. Fees and Payments
- Some services may require payments, which are processed through secure third-party gateways.
- TYB Eduzone does not store your payment details.
- All payments are final unless otherwise stated.
5. Code of Conduct
- Users agree to:
- Not engage in any form of harassment, abuse, or unlawful behavior.
- Not post or transmit misleading, harmful, or inappropriate content.
- Respect other users’ privacy and data.
- Use the platform solely for educational and personal development purposes.
6. Termination
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if:
- You violate these Terms or applicable laws.
- You provide false or misleading information.
- You misuse the platform for any unintended purpose.
7. Intellectual Property
- All content, designs, and data on the apps are the property of TYB Eduzone. You may not copy, reproduce, or modify any part of the platform without written consent.
8. EligibLimitation of Liabilityility
- TYB Eduzone is not liable for:
- Any indirect or consequential damages.
- Disputes arising between teachers and parents.
- Loss of data due to technical failure or unauthorized access.
9. Third-Party Services
- The apps may include links to third-party services (e.g., payment gateways, analytics). We are not responsible for the content or policies of those services.
10. Indian Jurisdiction
- These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
